- Water/Sewer: Town of Payson vs. Private Water Companies
- The Mountain Bear Note: If you are in town limits, it’s the Town of Payson. If you are in a community like Mesa del Caballo, you might be on a private water company. Always verify the “Certificate of Convenience and Necessity” (CC&N) boundaries if you are unsure.
