Meet Alicia Martinez

Hi, I'm Alicia Martinez, an agent and transaction coordinator with Mountain Bear Homes. I work with buyers and sellers across Rim Country — Payson, Pine, Strawberry, Star Valley and the communities around them — and I also coordinate our transactions, so I see a deal through from the first conversation all the way to the closing table.

That second half is where I think I earn my keep. Once an offer is accepted there are deadlines, documents, inspections and a dozen small details that decide whether a closing goes smoothly or comes down to the wire. I'm organized to a fault, nothing slips, and if something does come up you'll hear about it from me early rather than late.

Clear communication is the part I care about most. I keep buyers, sellers, lenders and title all working from the same information, so you always know where things stand and what happens next. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough without being left guessing.

I'm originally from Wyoming and I'm a mom of three, so I understand that a home is never only a contract — there's a family behind every move, and a lot of feeling wrapped up in it. That's the part I try to look after just as carefully as the paperwork.
